General

In November, typically enjoys the nice Australian sun, boasting lots of clear blue skies during the day with comfortable, balmy temperatures in the evening. Daytime temperatures typically reach around 25 degrees.
You are welcome to travel with a spouse or partner however, we are unable to offer guest registrations. As a result, spouses/partners cannot attend forum sessions or social events, including the Welcome Functions and Conference Dinner. Children are also unable to attend the forum functions and sessions.

Welcome Functions & Conference Dinner: Given it will be spring, please wear comfortable smart casual attire.

Yes, we kindly ask for you to wear your lanyards for all social functions on each night and throughout the conference sessions.
A dedicated dietary requirement table will be in a specially marked, designated area. For the Welcome Functions and Conference dinner, please identify yourself to the wait staff who will be aware and able to assist with your requirements.

Registration

A registration link will be emailed to all invitees for completion. As this event is exclusively for Steadfast Broker Principals only. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first in basis, with a maximum of two representatives per business.
All delegates who register for the Principals Forum will automatically be included in all the Forum's events and activities. This includes:

  • Sessions
  • Welcome Functions
  • Conference Dinner
  • Food and beverages throughout the conference and all social events
  • Potential Coach transfers to the airport on Friday at the conclusion of the event

Note: Flights and accommodation will be secured by the delegates.

Due to venue capacity limitations and to ensure fairness across all participants, each company may only register up to two Principals to attend our Forums.

If more than two representatives are registered, our team will be in touch to confirm which two attendees will participate. This approach ensures consistency and equal access for all companies within the Steadfast Network.

A confirmation email containing "All the information you need to know" before arriving onsite will be sent to all principals attending the event. Further details regarding registration, name badge collection, and other event logistics will also be provided.

Accommodation & Travel

Yes, all attendees are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own flights and accommodation to attend the Steadfast Principals Forum in November. To book your stay at the Amora Hotel, please visit the Stay page on our website.

Yes. Coach transfers will be available following the conclusion of the Forums on Friday, 13 November 2026. Coaches will depart from the Amora Hotel at 1:00 pm and provide transfers to Adelaide Airport for guests.

We recommend reviewing the event agenda and planning your flights and accommodation accordingly. During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate whether you require a coach transfer so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, you can extend your stay at the Amora Hotel by booking via the Stay page on our website. During the booking process, simply select your preferred check-in and check-out dates to suit your travel plans.

All delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We have secured a discounted rate at the Amora Hotel, which can be booked directly via the Stay page.

Breakfast is not included in the discounted room rate however, it can be added to your booking for $30 per person, per night.

Steadfast will provide morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner throughout the three-day conference.

Health & Safety

Steadfast takes the safety of our staff and guests seriously. As such, below are some tips on how to stay healthy and be vigilant with your personal hygiene throughout the Forum.
  • Covering coughs and sneezes with disposable tissues or clothing, or coughing/sneezing into your elbow
  • Disposing of used tissues appropriately in a bin
  • Washing hands with soap and water and drying them thoroughly or using hand sanitiser:
    • Before eating or handling food
    • After using the toilet
    • After coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose

 

It’s also important to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the event. Limit your intake of tea, coffee or alcohol if you are feeling dehydrated.

Here are some good practice tips on responsible drinking:

  • Eat before or during drinking.
  • Have some food in your stomach which slows down the absorption rate of alcohol.
  • Know the standard strength of each drink which is equal to 10g of alcohol.
  • Keep track of how many drinks you've had in a specific time period.
  • Know your limits.
